The 2026 Bucharest Auto Show & Accessories will take place from October 6 to 11 at Romexpo. The 23rd international edition will use Pavilion B2 and the adjacent outdoor area. The announced brand list includes Nissan, Subaru, BYD, Leapmotor, Ford F-150, BMW, Toyota, Suzuki, Volvo, Kia, Mazda, Hyundai and iCAUR.
The official programme includes launches or presentations for iCAUR, the Subaru E-Outback and Leapmotor. Visitors will be able to see electric and hybrid vehicles, SUVs, family cars, commercial vehicles, pickups and historic cars. The pre-show information also highlights the new electric Nissan Leaf and Micra, Subaru’s new electric family, BYD vehicles, several Leapmotor models and the Ford F-150 Raptor, a pickup associated with a 456-hp 3.5-litre V6 in Ford documentation for this version.
Dates, venue and programme
SAB & Accesorii 2026 is held at Romexpo, 65–67 Mărăști Boulevard in Bucharest. Pavilion B2 and the adjoining outdoor area are the main exhibition spaces. The official event website describes more than 37,000 square metres for the wider event area.
The opening and press conference are scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, at 12:00. The European launch of the iCAUR brand follows at 12:30, the Subaru E-Outback presentation is scheduled for 13:00 and the Leapmotor launch for 14:00. Visitors should check the organiser’s programme before travelling because event schedules can change.
The show combines vehicle displays with equipment, parts, accessory and service exhibitors. The organiser and partners describe more than 600 brands in these areas and more than 7,000 square metres of indoor and outdoor space dedicated to equipment and services. That makes the event relevant to buyers as well as repair shops and automotive businesses.
Nissan brings two new electric models
Nissan Auto Cobălcescu is presenting the new Nissan Leaf and the new Nissan Micra, both fully electric. Nissan describes the Leaf as a model redesigned for the current electric-car market. The Micra returns as a battery-electric car, with a smaller urban-oriented footprint than the Leaf.
The two cars give visitors an opportunity to compare two different approaches to an electric daily driver. Leaf is positioned in the compact family-car space, while Micra is a smaller nameplate intended for urban use. The event announcement does not provide Romanian prices, final equipment lists or delivery dates, so those details should be requested from Nissan’s representatives at the show.
Subaru focuses on its electric range
Subaru’s stand is built around its new electric generation. The announced line-up includes Subaru Uncharted, Subaru Solterra and the new Subaru E-Outback. The E-Outback is scheduled for a Bucharest premiere and is expected to be the central car in the electric section.
Subaru will also show the Crosstrek and Forester, which connect the electric display with the brand’s established SUV range. Two special cars, a Subaru Legacy STI and an Impreza STI S204, will represent the motorsport and enthusiast side of the brand. Subaru says the Impreza STI S204 was produced in a limited run of 600 units.
The official schedule puts the E-Outback presentation at 13:00 on October 6. Seeing a car at a motor show does not establish its final Romanian price, specification or delivery schedule. Those commercial details remain separate from the event presentation and should be confirmed by the local representative.
BYD displays electric and plug-in hybrid cars
BYD Romania is announced with a complete range covering battery-electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. The organiser’s information also refers to Blade Battery, Super DM-i and the e-Platform 3.0 as technologies that visitors can learn about at the stand.
The published event information does not give a complete, model-by-model BYD stand list. For that reason, this article does not assign unconfirmed model names to the display. The confirmed point is that BYD will present electrified vehicles and explain its battery, plug-in hybrid and platform technologies during the six-day event.
Leapmotor launches and Auto Italia models
Auto Italia is bringing the Maserati Grecale, Leapmotor B05 and Leapmotor B03X as premieres. The same stand will include the Leapmotor B10 Hybrid EV, C10 Hybrid EV and T03, along with Fiat Professional Doblo, Scudo and Ducato commercial vehicles. The official programme schedules the Leapmotor launch for 14:00 on October 6.
The Leapmotor display therefore covers more than one vehicle category, from the small T03 to larger SUV models and electrified versions. Names such as Hybrid EV should be read alongside the local technical sheets, because equipment, range and availability can vary between markets. The show is a place to see the cars and speak to the representative; it is not by itself a price list.
Ford F-150 pickups
Proleasing Motors will show the Ford F-150 Raptor and F-150 Lariat. Ford’s documentation for the 3.5-litre V6 EcoBoost version of the F-150 Raptor lists 456 hp and 691 Nm. The engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. The Raptor is the performance-focused model, while the Lariat is a different F-150 specification.
The two pickups are promoted with a special event offer. The public announcement does not publish a complete Romanian price or the final terms of that offer. Buyers should ask the exhibitor about registration, taxation, delivery, warranty and the exact specification. A large pickup’s dimensions, weight and fuel requirements also matter in day-to-day Romanian use.
Other brands and activities
The official list also includes BMW, Cadillac, Chery, Corvette, Fiat, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Mazda, MG, Maserati, Maxus, Toyota, Volvo and Suzuki. Honda will show the Jazz, Civic, HR-V, ZR-V, CR-V and the new Prelude. Toyota Asko Group lists the Yaris Cross, Hilux, RAV4, bZ4X, Aygo X, Corolla Sedan and Toyota C-HR.
Volvo is bringing the new EX60, alongside the ES90, EX90, EX30, XC40, XC60 and XC90. The event material describes the EX60 as a new electric SUV, but its range, charging performance and equipment should be checked in Volvo’s official technical information rather than inferred from the show announcement.
The non-car programme includes Smart Urban Mobility, the Vinerea Verde conference on October 9, drift demonstrations, the DB Drag Romania final, the EMMA Romania finals, driving simulators, historic vehicles and technical courses. The SAB 2026 innovation competition will present a winning urban-mobility project, while the Romanian Association of Automotive Specialists is organising a diagnostic course for electric and hybrid vehicles.
Practical expectations for visitors
SAB 2026 puts multiple brands in one location, but each exhibitor controls its own prices, pre-orders, test-drive arrangements and delivery information. For cars shown as premieres, the public can see the vehicles before every local commercial detail has been published.
The clearest confirmed highlights are the October 6–11 dates, Romexpo venue, iCAUR European launch, Subaru E-Outback premiere and Leapmotor presentation. Nissan, BYD, Subaru and Ford add electric, hybrid and large pickup products to the display. Visitors interested in buying should record the exact specification and request written information from the relevant representative.
