Range Rover launches three editions for the United States’ 250th anniversary
Range Rover is marking 250 years since the United States Declaration of Independence with the From Sea to Sea collection. The programme comprises three configurations created by the SV Bespoke division and will be limited to 250 cars, intended exclusively for the American market.
The three variants are named Desert Ember, Summit Frost and Ocean Crest. Instead of decorating the cars directly with the American flag, Range Rover chose colours inspired by the deserts, mountains and coasts of the United States. Together, the dominant shades of the three cars form a red, white and blue palette.
The anniversary the collection refers to took place on 4 July 2026, 250 years after the adoption of the Declaration of Independence in 1776.
Desert Ember: shades inspired by the American Southwest
The Desert Ember configuration uses Sunrise Copper Satin matte paint, combined with a contrasting Gold Sand roof. The wheels have a commercial diameter of 23 inches, equivalent to about 58.4 cm, and include Sunset Copper inserts.
Inside, Range Rover chose Ebony semi-aniline leather and a roof also trimmed in black leather. The manufacturer says the palette was inspired by red-rock formations and the arid landscape of the southwestern United States.
Summit Frost: white, dark blue and a Perlino interior
Summit Frost refers to granite peaks and snow-covered summits in American national parks. The body is finished in Icy White Gloss, and the roof in Dark Blue.
The wheels’ white inserts follow the body colour. The cabin receives Perlino semi-aniline leather, in a light shade, and an Ebony leather headliner. It is the variant that represents white in the collection’s colour scheme.
Ocean Crest: a tribute to the Atlantic and Pacific coasts
The blue car in the series is named Ocean Crest. Constellation Blue Gloss paint is paired with a two-tone silver and light-blue roof. The same Constellation Blue shade appears on the wheel inserts.
The interior is finished in Caraway semi-aniline leather, including the headliner. Range Rover presents this configuration as an interpretation of the rocky coasts of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.
Anniversary plaques and elements made through SV Bespoke
All three versions receive a commemorative plaque, special cup-holder ornaments and personalised sills. These elements distinguish the From Sea to Sea series from a Range Rover SV configured in the usual way.
The collection is accompanied by a broader project called Legacy Curations. According to Range Rover, 29 Land Rover dealers in the United States ordered through SV Bespoke a configuration inspired by the geography of the region in which they operate. Those cars should not be confused with the three main variants of the anniversary series.
4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 for all three versions
Mechanically, Desert Ember, Summit Frost and Ocean Crest use the same configuration. The 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 develops 390 kW, equivalent to about 530 hp, and torque of around 750 Nm.
Range Rover quotes acceleration from 0 to about 97 km/h in 4.3 seconds. The collection can be ordered with both the standard wheelbase and the long-wheelbase version. The company has not announced engine, suspension or drivetrain changes specific to the three themes; the communicated differences concern colours, materials and Bespoke details.
How much Range Rover From Sea to Sea costs
For the American market, prices start from the equivalent of about €184,000 for the standard-wheelbase version and €188,000 for the long-wheelbase one. The conversion uses the European Central Bank reference rate of 21 August 2026 and does not include local taxes or possible extra SV Bespoke options.
The 250 examples are not announced for Europe. Consequently, there is no price for Romania and no official allocation for local dealers. A car could later reach Europe only through individual import, with the related costs and homologation procedures.
Why there are 250 examples
The production number corresponds to the 250 years since the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. Separate quotas for each of the three configurations have not been published. The limit of 250 therefore refers to the entire From Sea to Sea collection, not to 250 cars of each variant.
