Indecent 009 is a Porsche 911 restored and radically converted in Italy

A 997-generation Porsche 911 has received a much-widened body, air suspension and a rebuilt cabin from the Italian workshop BTS Creativity. The car is called Indecent 009 and is a running project, not a digital image or a version developed by Porsche.

BTS Creativity is based in Rosta, near Turin, and builds custom cars. The workshop is the execution partner for Indecent, the company that supplies the visual direction and conversion kits for several Porsche 911 generations.

The donor car had sat for seven years

The project started with a 997 imported from Kuwait that had not been used for about seven years. According to BTS Creativity, the car had mechanical problems, body defects and an interior from which several components were missing.

The team stripped the car and found that sand that had entered various areas and the degradation of parts made an extensive restoration necessary. Only after the technical and body work was complete did installation of the Indecent components begin.

This origin matters: Indecent 009 is not a new car with a bodykit fitted quickly. It is the result of a restoration followed by an aesthetic and technical conversion.

The wings are 10 cm wider

From the original body, mainly the roof, bonnet and doors were kept. The wings, bumpers and much of the outer panels were replaced or remodelled to change the car’s proportions.

BTS says the wheel arches were widened by 10 cm. The new wings cover wheels built specially by the BTS CREAwheels division, and their lines are integrated into the body, without elements fastened in view with rivets or bolts.

The rear was rebuilt more extensively. The original tail lights were removed and a LED bar made for this project was installed in their place. The two exhaust outlets were moved to the centre of the bumper.

The air suspension is aimed first at appearance

Air suspension allows the car to be lowered until the tyres appear partly hidden under the wings. That is the configuration used in the presentation photographs and at exhibitions.

The practical advantage of such a system is the ability to raise the car for ramps, bumps or driving and to lower it when it is parked. BTS and Motor1 have not, however, published lap times, suspension-geometry measurements or comparative tests showing an improvement in dynamic behaviour.

On a Porsche 911, changing the ride height and fitting much wider wheels can alter suspension angles, unsprung mass, steering and tyre wear. Indecent 009 should be seen first as a design and customisation project, not as a performance pack validated by Porsche.

The boxer engine develops 355 hp

Motor1 lists for the car a naturally aspirated boxer engine of 355 hp, a figure associated with a version of the 997 generation. The project is not presented with a power increase, and BTS does not publish on its page a complete sheet covering displacement, transmission, acceleration or final mass.

The workshop does mention the installation of an enlarged braking system. Disc sizes, piston count and the component supplier are not stated publicly, so they cannot be compared with the donor car’s brakes.

This approach distinguishes 009 from other Indecent projects. For example, Indecent 020 uses a 3.4-litre boxer engine with a mechanical supercharger and 550 hp. The 020 specifications must not be attributed automatically to the car built in Italy.

Interior with Sparco seats and a carbon structure

The cabin was stripped and retrimmed. The Sparco seats have a carbon-fibre structure and are covered in a suede-look material. Leather and other new finishes cover a large part of the dashboard, centre tunnel and panels.

The photographs also show a tank for the pneumatic installation mounted in the front compartment. Its placement reduces some of the luggage space of a 911, but allows the system’s components to be displayed.

There is no public information on airbags, mass after conversion, noise level or crash tests. Modifying a car to this degree requires checking documents and homologation conditions in the country where it will be registered.

The price is communicated only to interested clients

BTS Creativity does not display a price for Indecent 009. The workshop prepares each project according to the donor car, its condition, and the materials and equipment requested, and the offer is sent directly to the client.

Neither the time needed for construction nor the number of 009 examples planned is announced. Indecent uses different numbers for its projects, but these do not automatically indicate a homologated production series in the sense used by a car manufacturer.

For a buyer, the conversion cost is not the only figure to calculate. A car modified this much may require extra technical assessments, made-to-order parts and a workshop familiar with the pneumatic installation and the specific body components.

It is not a factory Porsche model

Indecent 009 does not appear in the Porsche range and is not produced through the German company’s Sonderwunsch personalisation programme. The brand and the workshop that did the conversion must be mentioned separately to avoid the impression that the air suspension or body are official 911 options.

Porsche offers front-axle lift systems on certain 911 versions, but these do not turn the standard suspension into an air setup and do not allow the very low position shown by 009. The BTS solution belongs to the independent modification market.

Frequently asked questions

Who built the Porsche 911 Indecent 009?

The conversion was carried out by BTS Creativity in Rosta, near Turin. The workshop works as a partner on Indecent projects.

Which Porsche 911 generation was used?

The donor car belongs to the 997 generation. BTS says the example had been imported from Kuwait and had sat for about seven years before restoration.

What power does Indecent 009 have?

Motor1 indicates 355 hp for the naturally aspirated boxer engine. A power-increase pack has not been announced for this example.

Does the air suspension improve circuit performance?

There are no public tests that prove this. The system allows ride-height adjustment and creates the very low position used in the car’s presentation.

How much does the conversion cost?

The price is not public. BTS Creativity communicates it directly to interested people, depending on the project configuration.
