Zeekr's Romanian price list puts the six-seat 9X Ultra AWD at €123,500, including 21% VAT. The Black Line AWD is listed at €130,500, a €7,000 difference. The MY 2026 document states that the prices apply from 20 October 2026 until withdrawal or replacement by a newer list.

This is a Romanian market announcement, not a price applicable throughout Europe. It also arrives with a qualification: the accompanying Romanian technical brochure still describes the vehicle data as preliminary and subject to final validation and homologation. A published retail figure should not turn every provisional performance number into a final certified specification.

The local price is separate from the options bill

The document is a euro price list for Romania, with VAT included. It is not a Chinese-market price converted into euros, or a promotional figure reached by deducting an assumed purchase incentive. A customer comparing it with another offer still needs the exact equipment and delivery terms for the vehicle being ordered.

For example, Onyx Black exterior paint is listed at €1,900. The Caramel Brown & Moonglade Blue interior costs €1,600 and is offered only with the Onyx Black exterior. Adding those two items to the Ultra starting figure gives €127,000 by simple arithmetic, before any other elements of the final quotation.

The Black Line is a separate line in the price table. Its €130,500 starting point should not be read as confirmation that every optional item is included. The list also reserves the possibility of changes to prices, equipment and availability. It does not give an individual customer handover date or establish stock at every Romanian showroom.

Why the 9X is not a battery-electric SUV

The brochure identifies the 9X as a plug-in hybrid, while the Romanian model page also uses the extended-range electric vehicle description. Its explanation gives the petrol engine an on-board generating role. Both accounts include a combustion engine; the 9X should therefore not be described as a car powered only by a rechargeable battery.

The Ultra specification combines a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine with front and rear electric motors, all-wheel drive and a single-speed fixed-ratio transmission. The stated system output is 660 kW, or 897 PS, with 935 Nm of torque. The brochure lists 0–100 km/h in 4.1 seconds and a 240 km/h maximum speed.

Those figures sit within the manufacturer's preliminary documentation. They are not Carboratory measurements, and they do not establish performance with a nearly depleted battery or consumption on a particular Romanian journey. Final vehicle documentation will be needed for a definitive like-for-like comparison with another SUV.

Electric range and combined range need separate labels

Zeekr gives up to 179 km of electric range and up to 737 km of combined range. The latter incorporates the petrol-powered part of the energy system. It is not the distance available from a single battery charge. The brochure's qualification on final validation remains relevant when either figure is repeated.

Battery capacity is stated as 55.1 kWh gross, rather than a disclosed usable capacity. The electrical architecture is rated at 900 V. For DC charging, the technical table specifies up to 330 kW and approximately 9.5 minutes between 10% and 80% state of charge, under the manufacturer's reference conditions.

The on-board AC charger is rated at 11 kW, with a stated 5.5 hours for a different window, 20–100%. That is not a direct comparison with the DC time. Zeekr notes that charger capability, battery temperature, initial charge level and ambient conditions can change actual charging performance. A peak power rating is not a promise of that power throughout a session.

The luggage figure does not assume six occupied seats

The 9X has three rows arranged 2+2+2, including individual second-row seats with powered adjustment and leg rests. The brochure describes heating, ventilation and massage for the first two rows, powered access to the third row, an 8.6-litre refrigerator and a sliding, folding OLED entertainment screen for rear passengers.

A significant detail is attached to the luggage capacity. The 677-litre figure uses ISO V211 and assumes that the third row is folded. It is not a confirmed luggage volume with all six seats in use. The maximum 2,148 litres uses ISO V214 with the second and third rows folded, a different seating and measurement configuration.

The preliminary dimensions are 5,239 mm long, with a 3,169 mm wheelbase and a width of 2,290 mm including mirrors. Listed kerb weight is 2,900 kg, payload 595 kg and towing capacity 2,000 kg. These are more useful references for a garage, parking space or family loading plan than a general claim that the cabin is spacious.

Warranty length depends on the published conditions

Zeekr Care's general Romanian information sets out an initial vehicle warranty of five years or 100,000 km. An extension of up to another five years or 100,000 km depends on the required service history and maintenance arrangements. The headline of up to ten years should therefore be read together with its conditions.

The high-voltage battery warranty is described as eight years or 200,000 km. These are general published terms and should be checked against the warranty certificate supplied with the particular 9X. They do not justify assuming unlimited cover or identical arrangements in every country where this article can be read.

The Romanian model page still offers priority registration for a test drive. Registering interest is not the same as receiving a confirmed appointment or delivery date. For an order, the next practical documents are the written specification, final quotation, warranty terms and the retailer's actual handover commitment.
